What fits? I'm confused

I have a 2013 Express with 2" leveling kit.
Can I get fuel vapor 20 x 10 rims with -18 offset
With 35 x 12.5 x 20 toyo mt.
Or do I need 33's?
Or in worst case should I get 20 x 9 rims with -12 offset?
Any help would be great. Thank you.

Those wheels/tires will rub with only a 2" leveling kit. Nothing terrible though, it will just be on the back of the inner fender on the plastic. Can be easily fixed with a little trimming.
A 20x9 -12 offset is less likely to rub but again, with only a 2" level they'll probably rub slightly as well with a 35x12.5 Toyo MT.
