A 9" wide wheel with zero offset would be good. Go to a negative offset if you want the wheels to stick out pretty far

Leveled with bilstiens 2.8 and a 1.25 bl

Run a set up similar to mine lol...35x12.50 with a negative offset wheel to make them stick out a bit more.
