So I am in the process of regearing to 4.10 gears. I originally found a guy to do it a little under an hour away but decided not to go with him because he wanted me to send him money for the parts before the install and I didnt feel comfortable doing that and the fact that its almost an hour drive on a bad axle.

Anyway, I am wanting to know all the parts I need to buy. The rear diff is shot so I would guess I would need more parts than the front diff since the front diff is fine. Any links or anything else would be good.

You need a 4.10 ring and pinion gear as well as a master install kit for a Chrysler 9.25. For the Dana 44 you have to get a thick cast, standard cut gear and master install kit.
If you plan on doing it yourself, there are 4 tools you will need to get this done properly:
A case spreader (this is for the 44 since it uses shim packs for the carrier bearing preload. You may be able to get away without this but it makes the job easier and less of a chance of damaging the axle or carrier)
This: http://m.summitracing.com/parts/otc-6602?seid=srese1&gclid=CLaYheXeiskCFVIbgQoddfsLpw
A machinists dial indicator with stand
And a dial/electronic caliper

So are these the ring and pinion gears im guessing? Diff Wizard suggests High performance Yukon Ring & Pinion gear set for '09 & down Chrysler 9.25" in a 4.11 ratio - YG C9.25-411

Now where can I find a thick cast, standard cut gear, and a master install kit?
And do I need any bearings at all?

Nitro gear and axle sells the thick cuts. I always order them through JT Parts or Home Page - JustDifferentials.com but I don't know if they're only wholesale or if they sell retail as well. Everything you'll need for the install will be included in the master install kit; bearings, seals, shims, everything.

You honestly need to find a professional to do it. It's an expensive repair to have to do again if it isn't right. There's no warranty for installation errors, so you'll be flipping the bill for a second set of parts if need to be. It's less expensive to have the truck towed an hour away then it is to have to purchase those kind of parts twice.

Ask him if he warranties his work as well before giving him any kind of deposit. Get it in writing on a receipt/invoice as well, that way he will be responsible for the purchase of new parts if they fail because of his neglect. Also ask him about a check up on them. We always do a free 500 mile check after any differential work to ensure the gears have a nice face on them and you won't have any problems down the road.

Yeah Im not doing it lol My dad has a friend that is a diesel mechanic in town to do it lol. I just didnt want to drive 2 hr round trip on a bad axle and worst case scenario my rear diff blows up half way there.

Is this the right kit? Motive Gear RA28LRMKT, Motive Gear Ring and Pinion Installation Kits | Motive Gear

And I would need 2 of these right since im doing the front and rear correct?

No you need that one (front) and one for a chrysler 9.25 (rear). The axles are designed completely different so you have to use the kit designed for each axle.
As far as the thick-standard cut gear goes, this only applies to the front axle as the dana 44's have two different carrier designs depending on what the truck came geared from the factory with. If the truck had 4.10's+ stock then it would use a "bigger" carrier from the factory. A 44 with 3.92's and down will have a "small" carrier and require thicker cut ring gears to maintain good gear mesh. Standard cut is just to differentiate between a high pinion and a low pinion axle. We have low pinion axles from the factory so you will need a standard "non-reverse" cut gear.
+1 for getting someone else to do it. I wish I would've done that.

This one for the rear? Richmond Gear 83-1041-1, Richmond Gear Differential Installation Kits | Richmond Gear

Looks right to me. Again you'll need 9.25 gears, not two sets of Dana 44.

Well I think I'm gonna just go with the 3.55's I had. Just do the rear and be done. Id like to do 3.73's but I don't want to spend that kind of money right now. I'm just gonna put some good Yukon gears in the rear and call it good. The truck still is gonna have plenty of power for what I use it for.
