What's the difference in grills

My buddy has a grill off his 06 and I was wondering what's the diff between 02-05 and 06-08 grills

The bottom corners where it meets the bumper are the big difference. Maybe the sides by the headlights, too. Not sure. Also not sure about the way they mount.
