Dealers are morons! I want NOTHING to do with them.

I bought the parts with shipping for less than 10 bucks on Rock Auto 2 minutes ago. It comes with the parts to do both sides too.

It'd cost me more in fuel and time to drop it off for something like this. SO not worth the aggravation.

I had one of mine squeak after I put them back together after I painted my calipers, I just bent it away from the rotor and all is good.

If I was you I would be highly pissed off after all you went through lease or not and I would make them aware of this.

Easy fix or not, I would be making a big scene at the dealer waiting to do so until a busy time of day full of customers, if I was never going there again.

This could be a potential safety problem and could cause an accident or the very least cause more severe damage to your new supposed " Quality Inspected and PASSED" truck!

I think If I was in your shoes I would take it back and void my contract,most states have a 3-5 days you can void a contract (an out Clause in most contracts).

I know you really want this truck or you would not have waited for it for so long.

I hope this is your only problem with your new ride good luck.

Yeah, the pads are fine! Drove it 40 minutes home after bending it up and everything was fine.

I'd love to walk into the dealer and read them the riot act, but that would do nothing for me except increase my blood pressure, and it's in no way the dealers fault seeing I ordered it through Enterprise lease.

The lease is open ended, but we're trying to dump them after 3 years.

Honestly guys, I LOVE the truck. It gets looks (could have been the screeching) and it rides AMAZINGLY and handles well too. The trans is even growing on me. As I drive it more, I'm getting more comfy with it. It is hard going from a 400+ HP car that I've done suspension work on, to a 5000lb truck. Not going to lie! It's peppy for what it is, but it's NOT my G8...
