Wheel Adapters

I have a 2013 Ram 2500 single cab I purchased a set of wheels that were suppose to be 8x6.5 lug pattern turns out the wheels I purchased were 8x70 so now I need wheel adapters. I'm new to this stuff any tips or direction would be more then helpful! I was told by a friend to buy "hub centric adapters"

Bora spacers are supposed to be the best, but they are alittle pricey. Custom made in the US of A though.
