Wheel bearing longevity?

Anyone know how long one would expect the front bearings to last. my trucks got 53k and im trying to pin point a rumble i get from the front end.

I thought it was the tires, those are changed and next will be brakes.

Are the front bearings a one piece you just replace, are they warranty from dealer? i have a CPO with the 100k deal.

The front bearing for your truck are sold in a hub assembly and they are not covered under warranty. Found these for you.

^^ These are for a 2011. No difference between the year models on the hub assembly.

why do they have wires hooked into them? what purpose does that do?

For the ABS.

I changed mine at 120 K Miles for good measure when diagnosing a bearing problem that ended up being the rear (ate an axle too in less than 5 miles after the Noise started).

I would say with your mileage that would be odd. Good Luck nailing it down.

truck started to making a grinding noise going left to right, im right about 54k

I have that 100k certified pre owned warranty wouldnt that cover it?
