Good morning!

Looking at getting a set of stock 16 Ram 2500 rims to go on my 97 2500. Is the offset the same? Does anyone know if they’ll fit? Thanks for any info! 66575a8879259eaf588b8b11a44bfccf.jpg

believe they will fit, what I do when I buy used rims/ tires is bring the vehicle with me and test it on the front wheel, 90% of time if it fits the front it will fit all other sides. one time it did not work out for me, if the person selling is patient after you test one put them all on, or take it for a drive with just the one. make sure it doesnt rub the caliber.

Depends...what size are your stock wheels? 16"? 17"?

Are they 6.5" wide? 7.5"? 8.0"? 8.5"?

1997 2500 wheel offsets ranged from +19mm to +43mm depending on diameter and width.

Bolt circle is 165.1x8, centerbore is 121.3mm

For 2016, 2500 wheels offsets ranged from +40mm to +55mm depending on diameter and width.

Bolt circle and centerbore are the same.

So the difference would range from +3mm to +36mm depending on what wheels you have and what wheels you are looking to swap in. A positive offset means the wheels are going to tuck in under the fender and draw closer to the inside of the wheelwell.

Oh...+3mm = 0.1181 inches, +36mm = 1.41732"
