Where do I find coil spring perch?

I need the spring perch that the bottom of the front coil spring rests on so I can put it on some Bilstein 5100’s.

It's the piece in the middle of this picture? My mechanic called Ram and they said that part doesn't even have a part number and we would have to but two new struts and take it off.

Think you are out of luck here. Did a little searching on the interwebs and can't find them by themselves. Going to have to buy a complete OEM strut. Or go full aftermarket.

Any idea if the Monroe Quick-Strut can be taken apart? That would give me a new oem spring, the spring perch and mounting bracket.
