I've seen the def fluid in parts stores but i know for a fact the dealer has it.

It normally last about 5,000 to 8,000 miles which is around an oil change.

Some stations at rest stops and areas with heavy track traffic have pumps even

I go about 6000 miles to a tank of DEF.
I get mine at WalMart or Autozone. If there was one nearby, I would get it at the pump at a truckstop...cheaper that way.

NAPA Auto Parts has it in 1 and 2.5 gallon containers. Only about $13.99 for the 2.5 gallon jug.

I usually wait until I am around just less than 1/4 tank of DEF, then I full it with a 2.5 gallon jug from advance auto. The 2.5 comes with a flex tube filler so I don't make a mess with a funnel.

Heavy truck dealers sell DEF also...like Mack and Freightliner dealers. Price is usually competitive...I work at a Mack Dealer and our DEF in 2.5 gallon jugs is $9.38.

You can find it at Flying J gas stations for around $2.799/gal. Cheapest way to buy it is at the pumps. Flying J stations have a list of which stations carry it at their home page.
