Someone else removed it. I am trying to figure how to install it.
Dodge 2004 RAM 3500 with 5.9 Diesel
Passenger side somewhere under the air filter housing, battery tray, or in the fender?

Do you have 2 separate pieces there, or just one and the picture is a picture of both sides? I found one on eBay but it appears to be single piece.
