Where is engine hours data stored?

I bought a 2005 dodge ram 1500 5.7L 4x4 crew cab that needed front suspension work and when I completed that I was detailing the truck and noticed an oil change sticker that said 333xxx miles on it however my trucks odometer says it only has 163xxx miles on it. However the windshield isn't original I believe, it says Pilkington on it with a QR code. I was thinking maybe it's a used windshield?

I saw in a web search that engine hours can be accessed through the gauge cluster and that info works out to the truck being driven about 40mph on average, obviously normal.

So that leads to my question, where is engine hours stored? I know the miles is in the cluster but was hoping that the hour meter was from the pcm. Really just hoping the truck got a used windshield with an oil change sticker still stuck on it or something like that

Is it miles or kilometers?
distance on a sticker is usually the next oil service estimate no date on the sticker ?

Pilkington turns up a Glass manufacturer based in Japan with offices in Great Britain, Canada and USA

Yes that was miles and there was no date on the sticker

So the engine hours information is stored in the gauge cluster just like the odometer is. Quoted below is from the FSM:

The odometer, trip odometer, and engine hours information is stored in the instrument cluster memory. This information can be increased when the proper inputs are provided to the instrument cluster, but the information cannot be decreased. The odometer can display values up to 999,999 kilometers (999,999 miles). The odometer latches at these values, and will not roll over to zero. The trip odometer can display values up to 9,999.9 kilometers (9,999.9 miles) before it rolls over to zero. Engine hours are displayed in the format, ªhr9999º. The cluster will accumulate values up to 9,999 hours before the display rolls over to zero.

is there an option for kilometers on the oil sticker ?
