Where on a 2022 Ram 2500 block heater

Where on a 2022 Ram 2500 6.4 is the location to install a block heater. Thank for any help have a picture of the location would be best.

From my understanding it goes in behind the starter.. there Is a little notch at the top of the starter it goes into. I have a complete set. I can't seem to find the correct way to install the plug harness. No one seems to have diagrams on how to run it and what to attach it to. Dealer is of ZERO help. Quote" if it wasn't installed by the factory were not doing it. But they will sure replace it if one is bad from the factory.
