Where's this go!?

It's that 3 inch piece of thick metal where both ends bolt to something. Through it was for grounding block to timing cover but I don't see anywhere obvious for it...help!? Lol ii don't wanna continue putting everything together till I know where this goes.

I found it

I found it. It was the grounding wire/stud for the head to timing cover on top of drivers side head/timing cover. Just put on compressor and gonna change oil while I have easy access to filter before putting radiator and fan back in.
