I have an ‘07 1500 Big Horn and have the opportunity to buy take offs from a ‘14. Both are 20”. I’ve been looking around the internet for the wheel specs and found info but tbh I’m not confident in what I found or 100% if they’ll fit properly. Does anyone have a better understanding or know if these will fit? Thanks.

I think so, I've got 2003 wheels on my 2015. Fits perfect including hub bore.

Based on what I’m finding I think they will fit. Tire size is the same. Lug pattern is the same. The ‘07 runs an 8J profile. The ‘14 has either 8J or 9J. From what I understand that’s not an issue for fitment. The offsets are different. But the difference is 0.45mm. 19.5 vs. 19.05 That difference might as well be 0 in practical terms. Am I understanding this correctly?

You are understanding this correctly. The only thing I did not see in your specs above is the center bore of the wheel.

The 8J / 9J profile refers to the wheel width. The offset spec difference is minimal as you suspect.

Your 2007 center bore diameter spec is 77.8mm and the 2014 spec is the same size so you are good to go.
