Will dtc scanners (and TAZER) work on the newer RAMs

I have Xtool DX7, it works great on my 2014 RAM. I see that after 2018 some of the ODB2 mod tools (Like Tazer and alfaobd) need a security bypass cable to work.
Do the Security blocks that RAM has put in inhibit these diagnostic scan tools like the DX7 from working. I need the two-way control and key fob programming to work if I buy a 2023 RAM.

The 5th gen rams have a 5-digit rolling PIN for the key fob programming. You will need a dealer tool to program it.
