I have a 2016 Ram 2500 6.4 crewcab. I just passed 21,000 miles and first tire change still ca believe thats all I got off the Firestone !
I'm Pulling a 2016 Primere Bullet 37 ft 9,000 lbs
I was running factory 275/70r18 but decided to go bigger so I got the Toyo 33x12.50 but after mounting them I still needed more tire so the 35x12. 50 are on there way . One last thing I installed a Rough Country 2.5i nch leveling kit
Will I regret my decision on my tires will I have any major issues towing ?

Will increase braking and loose torque advantage. also will increase side sway as you will have more sidewall tire flex. will you be ok is subjective. let us know how it pulls.

Your biggest regret will be the levelimg kit. When you hook the trailer your truck is going to look like a female dog taking a ****

They make 35 inch load range E and F tires...so the tires will be up to task...but i hate level kits.

With a 66RFE and 3.73 gears you’ll notice it. The 8HP75 in the 2019+ trucks has a really low 1st gear and closer gear ratios so it’s not as much of an issue.

I have a ‘16 power wagon on 35’s. You will certainly notice a bit of lost performance as far as braking and take-offs go. But nothing crazy. I tow a 28’ 7000 pound travel trailer and really didnt notice any major downgrade as far as towing goes...about the same amount as just daily driving.

Funny fact. I am at discount tire right now having my tires rotated and balanced (35x12.5/17 Falken AT3W). I have just about 20k miles on them now, and they still have more tread depth than a brand new BFG KO2 lol.

My previous truck was a 2015 2500 Cummins and I leveled it with Thuren coils. Looked awesome until I hooked my travel trailer up and then it looked terrible with the squat. I ended up installing airbags which fixed the squatting problem.

The other issue was after the level I had 295/75r18 Cooper S/T Maxx tires installed which are quite a bit heavier and more aggressive than stock. My gas mileage took a pretty big hit, sometimes as much as 3 mpg even with the diesel.

On my 2019 2500 6.4 I just had the stock 275/75r18's changed out with the same size Cooper XLT's. I really wanted to go a little bigger but I pull a lot of hills and my mileage is bad enough. The truck sits perfectly level with the travel trailer hooked up.

Get rid of that Rough Country leveling kit, get some springs and a front adjustable track bar to get the axle centered back up. So far a loss in performance it’ll be minimal, you’re going from 33” to a 35” which is easily doable. If you have 3:73’s you can figure with all things considered you’ll be geared at about 3:50 it’s all about true tire circumference form your stock tire to the new one’s.
Every Tire Manufacture has different circumference for the same size tire so let’s say that the stock 33 is 33.4 total circumference and the new 35 is 34.4, 34.9, or a true 35. Either way it’s splitting hairs on true final gearing, even worn tires will generate a different ratio for all intense purposes.
Don’t sweat the small ****, if you feel you’ve lost “too much”, which I can’t see with a 410hp engine then invest into a re-gear, some intake and exhaust upgrades or a Pedal Commander which I guarantee you’ll be happy you did.

I have a 2017 Ram 2500 mega cab and put 35's on my stock wheels no level without any rubbing. When I got my aftermarket wheels, I put on a 2" thuren level because the offset of the new wheels caused the tires to rub.

my buddy has a 2019 ram 2500 crew cab with 35x12.50r18 on his stock wheels and NO LEVELING KIT. No rubbing, no clearance issues. He pulls a 33ft trailer weighing about 8K. From what he told me, his truck is in so much more control than the stock tires. He also has 4.10 gears.
