will I need to regear?

So I'm putting a 6in lift on my truck it has the 5 speed with 3.55 gears. I have some 20x 12 whels and gonna run 35x12.50 tires. Will this setup just tear up my Trans? What problems could I see?

You'll be fine I'm going with 37's with my 3.55's but will be getting 3.92 or 4.56's

You'll be fine. I ran 35's on my 1500 with a 4.7, 6 speed trans, and 3.55 gears... no issues at all. It will definitely be slower off the line and obviously at a lower rpm for any given speed but your trans will handle it.
