Window decal peeling

Wasn’t exactly sure where to post this or what they’re called but the window decals on my passenger side has chipped and gotten a little jagged. Is this common? Or is there anyway to fix this or replace them? Also I’ve noticed that when I turn my windows in they cut into my weather stripping anyone else have that issue and a solution other then to not use that feature?

I removed the vinyl wrap by the windows as mine was doing the same thing. In my opinion the Ram looks better without it and it serves no purpose other than asthetics. As for the lower rubber, I don’t know what that could be from...

What’s under the vinyl wrap? Is it color matched under there

Yes, it's painted the same color as the truck. Lots of people on here have removed theirs.

Yes it is very common for this to happen. Depending on the age of your truck and warranty remaining it is covered if you want it replaced. I have had my old 13 and 15 ram done in the past

It's a 15 ram and just hit 36K miles so i'm not sure if its still under warranty or not but I might have them look at it and then check out the window too that digs into the weather stripping

Actually I like having it there. I make a point of closing my door from the pillar so I don't get fingerprints all over the door edge

Looks better without it to me. I peeled mine off after a few months.

Haha yeah now that I know what i'm looking for I'm seeing it. It's a little chilly still so I'll probably have to use a blow dryer to heat up the adhesive to get it off. I'll post a before and after on this forum after

That's the one reason I like it. I also use it to close the door so I dont leave prints after its washed but it also doesnt look all that great chipping and having wrinkles

Mine was doing the same thing and it looked super cheap. Since my window tint is kinda dark I ordered a gloss vinyl to replace it to have it flow between my windows and I love the way it turned out.
