Window Tint

I have 20% o my fronts to match the back.. Nothin special but i like it a lot better than stock and feelin like I'm sittin in a fish bowl. I don't think I'll ever own a vehicle without tinted windows

i have 35% on front windows. which is the legal limit here in mo. and i get pulled over aat least once a month because of it. it really makes the cops mad too when their little tint tester says im legal. 5% on rear doors and rear window. i would probably be arrested if i tinted my front windshield as the cops around here "state patrol" really have their batons stuck up their ass!

How do you not get pegged for illegal tint? Lucky dog! ... Is there somethin I dunno? I thought it was 25% legal limit in TX?

I need to re-do my tint I have no idea what % it is but I want limo in the back and the darkest I can go on the sides...

Last I heard, 20% was as dark as you could go on the front windows and you couldn't have an eyebrow that went any farther down than 8". But the back windows you could go as dark as you wanted

Right.. I know the back windows you can go limo or double limo or whatever you wanted but I thought the 2 front ones had to be what you said.. 20%. It's not fair that we have to follow those rules but the cop cars have limo all around lol

I believe my fronts are 15%. They're dark enough where you can't see me even during the day, and I've been right next to cops. Only about 30 minutes from you. It all depends on the cops in your area. Ours don't care about tint. And there's cars worse than mine with limo all around, and dark tint on the windshield. See them all the time.

Hmmm we have a few jerks here that have made a few of my friends sit there on the side of the road and peel off their tint or get a hefty ticket... I might just play it safe lol

my truck was tinted when i got it but im gonna redo it all Im thinking 30% on the front window and 5% on the rest of the windows...

I'm thinking 5% on my back and little pop out windows, then 20% on the doors. I don't need any more reasons to get pulled over than I've got now lol

ive had state patrol actually drive through a 40ft wide grass median just cause he saw my tint.. then another time i was actually parked in an autozone paking lot , came out to find a trooper parked behind me. he said he saw my tint as he was driving by and decided to stop and wait so he could test the percentage of the tint. when he found out it was legal he gave me a seat belt ticket. i argued with him that i wasnt even in the vehicle. he said either take the ticket or go to jail for non compliance.
