I rarely open my back windows all the way, will occasionally open them a little to control buffering when I have the fronts open.
Dropping my son off yesterday I opened back pass. side completely for him to set something into the back seat and seemed very slow to open & close, not 1/2 speed of the fronts, but noticeable.
The drivers rear was the same, operates smoothly, just slower.
My truck is a 2015, I bought in 19’ never noticed the different opening/closing speed between the front & rear windows, but with both rears being the same maybe normal?

Maybe spray some lubricant in the window channels (silicone or a spray dry lube).

Just tested engine on and off (quad cab). Rear is consistently a hair behind the front in lowering and raising.
