Windshield wipers won’t shut off

2015 Ram 1500 deleted not so eco diesel. I’m having problems with my windshield wipers not shutting off. I’ve replaced the turn signal switch and it didn’t help. My blinker some times blinks a few times then doesn’t blink then it’ll pick back up blinking again. I’m also getting a “service vehicle phone. See dealership” screen pop up on the radio. I’m at a loss if this is one big issue or several small issues. Not sure where to start. I don’t believe the issues are from the delete as everything worked just fine for several months after the delete. I’m running an EZ link delete if that’s makes a difference.

Have you been experiencing any DTCs or notifications on the EVIC?

If you don't own a scanner, most parts stores will scan your truck for no charge.

Any DTCs will help getting started.

Are you experiencing any other irregularities with cruise control, remote starting or anything else?

Have there been any recent changes or additions before this behavior started?

I've had this happened twice in my 06 both times they had to change out the Multifunction Switch to fix the problem
