I have a 2014 2500 6.7 and my wipers will not shut off unless I pull the fuse any idea where to start

Off the top of my head, I'd bet your wiper switch has gone bad.

You could always try disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes to try to reset the controllers. Worth a shot and doesn't cost anything.

If you have rainsense wipers you may also have a bad water sensor. Try turning off the rainsense feature as it is selectable for off and on.
