Wires running right next to the oil filter.

Can someone tell me what these wires are for/called? Came out to my truck trying to go into 4wd on its own last night with the truck off and key out of the ignition. Did a Google search a guy had the same issue and disconnected the wires running to the oil filter and it stopped. Minr were sitting up against the filter, got hot and well now they don't look so good. I'm hoping I can wrap them until spring, probablywon't be the case. But, I can't figure out what they're called to look for a replacement. Thank you.
