I have a new issue with my ‘04 3500. My passenger side headlight and turn signal quit working. I’ve tested and there is no power to the harness. I’ve checked the wires all the way back to the fuse box and no power. I had a new Air Dog fuel pump put in recently and this issue is since I picked the truck up from the auto shop. It’s just weird that only one side would be out. I don’t want to go back at my repair guy with accusations without any solid information the issue was caused by him. I’m looking for leads of where to check.

Sorry for the late reply, my notifications were getting caught in junk mail. Would it be a bad FCM or need to check wiring in the FCM?

Have you looked at the TIPM?

Yes, I replaced both the TIPM and the FCM. Neither solved the problem on their own. I ran across a thread about LED lights causing an issue with the TIPM. I had recently installed LED headlights and a couple of LED tail lights. I purchased two load equalizers for the tail lights and that seemed to solve their problem not working. I put the halogen bulbs back in on the head lights but no amount of resetting has re-energized the passenger side headlight or front turn signal. It may need to be reset via WiTech. I’ve done the connect terminals together reset. If someone knows another one I’ll gladly try it. Of note: After a reset it clears the lamp out indicator on the dash. As soon as I turn the lights on it comes back on. Additionally, when I shut the lights off and turn the truck off. The passenger front turn signal goes into a “ticking” flicker while in the delayed timer for the lights.
