I have a 2010 ram 1500 5.7. When the temp is in the teens and 20's the truck will not start, the check engine light comes on with a P0300 code, misfire. I take the neg cable off the battery to reset the pcm, then hook the cable back up and it starts up fine, no codes. It runs great like nothing was wrong. And starts everytime after that. It only happens when it freezing.
Anyone know whats going on. Thank you

When was the last time that you had the battery load tested

Batteries really strain in cold weather

I bought a new battery about 3 or 4 mounts ago. I will put a charger on it to see if that works.

Just when sitting overnight. When I try to start it, the starter keeps turning after I let off the key

That really isn't very cold weather but yes batteries are less effective at 20 than at 70. Any new battery, unless it was defective from the start, should easily start a truck at 20F.
They start here at a lot colder temps than you are seeing.

I would get the Battery load tested to be sure, but you may very well have ground issues. If the battery tests out good I would clean up all the ground connections I could locate.
