So started doing the rear brake upgrade on my truck and after getting the driverside caliper / pads off I started cleaning the new rotors off with brakeclean and saw they sent 2 driver side rotors.

They seemed to be machined a little differently also.

Also noticed an odd notch in one of them.

I put the z36 on the front and they seem fine but looking at this rear set starting to question the quality. Are there any other brands recommended, don’t do any hauling. I live in a rural area so lots of driving on winding roads, 50mph etc.

The direction of the slots and holes mean nothing. Curved cooling vanes would be directional, but these are straight.

Return them and complain if you must, that's your right. It will only bother your OCD.

Someone put a Left side rotor in a Right side box
or more likely, put the incorrect sticker on the box

Why would you question the quality? Other than being labeled wrong, they look just fine. Mistakes happen, I'm sure if he contacted power stop they'd make it right.
