Hey all, I am planning on having Bilstein 6112 struts, 5100s rear shocks and Zone UCAs installed with some 275/65/r2 BFG KO2s. I noticed that the Zone UCAs appear much larger than the stock UCAs. Will there be any rubbing with my new tires on the stock 20x8 wheels? I have the 6112s set to 2”.

Should fit, worst case you can add a small spacer. Or better sell those factory wheels and use the money to buy aftermarket ones with a better offset then you can run 35x12.5's without having to use wheel spacers. I'd guess you could even run 285/65/20 which should be the equivalent of a 35x11.5 on the factory wheels and Zone UCA's. Again worst case you'll need a 3mm or so spacer.

I’d hold off and get the wheels as well as tires all at once, should go with a 0 offset. OEM 20s have a +18 or so offset so you may have a slight rub, if no rub the tires will look tucked.

I have Bilstein 5100s set at 2.8 with Zone UCAs running 275/65/20 and went with Supreme Suspension 1.5” spacers. This untucks the wheels/tires and gives me a -18 offset, which is a bit on the wide side for me but the stance is very much true off-road truck like, so I can live with it till I change out for 35x12.5/18 and 18x9 wheels with a 0 or -12 offset. Here’s a couple pics for reference:

Also, I’m running a Zone 1.5” body lift so I appear higher than your typical level and I really need some larger tires to fill out that wheel gap appropriately.

Thanks for the responses! This is my first truck and I want go about modding it the right way. I ended up buying some Helo He901 20x9 -12mm offset wheels to give my ride a more aggressive stance.

That offset will be nice and aggressive, like a truck should look.

Truck came out great! The ride is stiffer, but in a good way. Throughout this whole process, I found out I have the 3.21 gears (I didn’t know lick about trucks until I bought this one)!!! Even with the 34s, I still feel like I have a lot of power.

@Ckamz572 did you go with the XL or standard length SuspensionMaxx endlinks?

@Ckamz572 Yup, it was the 1300L, I had my numbers all outta sorts. I used the same on mine after I popped the top nut and bushing off my passenger side OEM endlink.

I had no idea at first except I had a clunk when going over any pavement that wasn’t flat. Luckily I was due for an oil change and once underneath, behold I found that the OEM length link was binding and finally let go after being leveled on 5100s at 2.8 for about 2-3 years now. There was no damage to the front suspension or anything, and now I’m (also) running the 1300L. They look great and perform flawlessly.
