Just about. I think Daystar makes a leveling kit, Performance Accessories makes body lifts and there are a few "no name" spindles on EBay.

Exactly, lifts for 2wd are just front and rear coil spacers & front lift spindles. So you can mix and match any size spacers to choose your own lift height. Then there are 1.25, 1.5, and 3" body lift options. This allows anywhere from 0-10" of lift, you choose
