So the tire shop has no idea why iys doing this ?
Side note sounds like you have a awesome tire shop going to so much work to try to fix the problem.
warped rotor ? the larger tires making it worse ?
Any vibration with your stock wheels/tires?

Hoping that's your answer, I feel like diagnosing vibration could be any number of things

Mine was mostly in my steering wheel and slightly in the pedals. Nowhere near to the point of that kind of shakingHow bad was your vibration?
Mine is literally so bad that I can see the bed shaking in my mirror while on the highway.

No cigar... still the same issue.
The only thing that worked was putting the stock wheels back on.
The dealer says that the aftermarket wheels basically can’t be balanced. They said the road force couldn’t see if the wheel was out of round due to the tires being large it’s hard for the machine to detect wheel abnormalities. My dealer is pretty good as they did all this under warranty and didn’t charge me even though I had aftermarket components. They said it’s 100% the wheels being no good.
Thinking back the second set of wheels town fair tire ordered one had a road rash on it and they said it was “from delivery”. That scrape was 100% a curb. I think they are installing wheels and recirculating the “bad” ones that are being returned. Just a theory but that “new” wheel having road rash concerned me..
Kind of weird but I went online and have found Ford and GM owners having the EXACT issue with their fuel wheels. Apparently the weight of the truck in the front will mask a lot of the vibrations and when it goes to the light rear it’s basically bouncing on the highway.
I’ve gotten my full refund at Town Fair and I have ordered OEM mopar wheels that are pretty badass but expensive as hell!! I’m sticking with factory I’m done with these Chinese garbage wheels.
Here’s what’s going on next..
