I scored the all back pair as well on Craigslist for 285... they have the bubble, and the guy was trying to say he sold his truck, but after i explained to him that I know he got the chrome shrouds from the dealer for free and hes just trying to make a big buck, he met me in the middle at 285 versus 500. I think he didn't think I would notice the melting, but honestly its so minimal and the black shrouds for my packaged look awesome!

Well they came in and are in great shape. Very impressed actually. There is the slightest bit of bubbling but I can't see it from 5 ft. I'm going to atleast mount them up and see what I think.

Sweet! Nice deal. Yeah, I don't think the bubbling is bad or noticeable on mine either unless you're right up on it inspecting them. I woulda never gone through the warranty hassle to replace them. Wonder if I can get a free set of headlights out of the dealer and keep the black ones lol

before you decide to keep them just keep in mind that its not a matter of if the bubbling will occur its just a matter of when.

The very small amount of bubbling has happened. But you have to really look for it.

I agree that it isn't bad. Ram did loose a ton of money on that issue though due to warranty claims. Once I get my adapters from Jeremy I'll get them mounted up to see if I like the all black or want the black with chrome shrouds. I like the idea that not everybody is out there running around with all black projectors but and also very torn on if I need to chrome shroud to balance out the chrome shell of my grill and chrome door handles. Now that I don't have a chrome bumper there is a lot of black going on.

Had to test fit one to see what I thought. Really wish I had one with a chrome shroud I could mount on the other side and see them both. Please don't judge the dirty truck. Can't get it to stop raining long enough for a wash.

Those are my thoughts as well. I'm gonna wait until the last part of my bumper comes in and get it mounted to see if that changes my mind. Hopefully I can find a black/chrome light I can test fit to see side by side. May just borrow a tyc from amazon to check it out.
