I got some 2500/Power Wagon flares and had them painted last week. Got them put on and installed and of course time for a photoshoot. These are my last planned exterior mods (as of now) - with the exception of possibly taking off the HEMI badge - which is why I put a poll on here. What do ya'll think? I like the fact that people know that my truck's got a Hemi but then again I think it looks better without....or is it too plain then?

Ironically, leaving the area I was in I had to drive through some wet dirt so my tires got this sticky clay/mud caked on them so as soon as I hit concrete stuff starting going everywhere. Now tomorrow I get to clean the truck again.

And finally for the HEMI badge -

Thanks man. I would have to get the Challenger Hemi badge to do what you're talking about. This badge that's on there now is too big for the scoops because it has 2 lines of wording. Not a bad idea though.

Sweet. Off with the badge. The flare is to close to the badge for it to look right

gone.

I wonder why some Rams came with the single line (mine did) or 2. Very odd.

Thanks for the opinions! I think Matt really nailed it - that's what I've kinda been thinking. I just for some reason can't bring myself to take it off. I guess for now it will stay. I may wake up one day and just decide to remove it.

Wendy - I think I got into poison ivy getting that picture....glad you like it!

leave the hemi badge IMO. the only change i would make, if you feel the need, is doing something about the chrome on the badge since it's literally the only chrome on your truck. maybe plastidip the entire badge and paint the letter fill-in (currently black) mineral grey. that would look damn good. or just leave the entire badge plastidipped if you don't feel like getting fancy.

Thanks, that's not a bad idea. I'll have to consider that!

It's no big deal. I think it's only on my right leg...if I can just keep it from spreading now.
