The back one remove like any other emblem.

The front take the cover thing off so that you can reach behind the grille, there are tabs on the emblem it comes right out if you push them carefully. I just paint matched mine not too long ago.

so back one has to be debadged per say no bolts if slo what kind of tape do i use to put it back on

Yeah man it has two pins in it but they don't do anything except help line it up.

Use that 3M automotive tape with the red backer to put it back on

^I'll second everything Mitch just said. I went the easy way for the back though... I just ordered a new 2011 emblem (easier to paint), plus it already had the 3M backing on it. I just painted, peeled, and stuck it right on.

Even though I'm not a 4th gen it's basically the same, and had both mine painted. The emblems are easy to get off and put back on. Only takes a strip of tape around the outside of it to keep it on.

^^ I did the same thing with my emblems. Except yours are quite a lot bigger than mine.
