Soooo I'm sure there are some threads on this already but I can't find them. Will the OEM projector headlights fit my 15 outdoorsman? Is there anything I need to get in addition to them?

Yes they will fit, and yes you will need an adapter to make them work which you can get from Jeremy at retroshop

Also if I pull some from another ram what do I need to pull? Like wiring or anything like that?

just take the light, you will need to buy the conversion harness from jeremy at retro shop (he is a sponsor of the forum)
