When I bought my exhaust few years ago, thought it was delta 40, but found out its just a super 40...
The misses wants in quiter and I been wanting to run a new system...
Going to go dual in dual out, should I do delta 40 or the first 50 series (think it's 50 series HD)
Should I do dual 2.5 inch pipe, or 3inch, or will it matter?

Going 3" duel out would probably be too much & you would lose some low end torque. Duel 2.5" out is what many recommended for my 6.4 so I would think that would be plenty for the 4.7. If I remember right I think when they did my 4.7 Dakota they went 2.25" out.

Ok so 2.5 In 2.5 out? Or little smaller, 2.25 in 2.25 out
I have the factory y pipe and 3inch pipe currently that goes into a super 40
