Sup guys? I finally finished with all the SUPER expensive stuff for my truck so now for the smaller but awesome things to add! I'm looking at upgrading my exhaust on my 2009 Dodge ram 1500 Laramie, I have the single inlet dual outlet muffler currently on, i don't think its stock but its rusted over so i dont know exactly what it is, it was on it when i got the truck. I'm either looking at doing a good straight pipe or looking for muffler suggestions, I just want it loud lol. If anyone has good straight pipe suggestions please sent them on over!

Carven Competitor Series. Best bang for your buck and I still get a smile on my face every time I start her up.

If you want a rumble you need LT headers :) No exhaust can duplicate that sound.

I have the cat back MBRP exhaust on mine. I wanted something loud, but not annoyingly loud, and I got it. You can't go wrong with it, it's affordable, and sounds great at idle, as well as getting on it.

I did the Carven Progressive and its LOUD. I would go with Carven Comp Series. IMO best sounding exhaust for the money.

:) With stock dual-cat-back/w resomators-I replaced the stock muffler with the "Super 10" Flowmaster dual cat-back and left the resonators-

Loud when you demand and quiet at cruise--no drone and when you ask for a little--it'll rap after every shift(auto)-

Whatever

I also heard that lifting your truck means you have a small *****.

Are you upset? Calm the **** down dude. I literally said I heard I never said that I knew that they are.

I also said I heard. I never knew that lifted owners do have a small *****.

You must be defensive for a reason. I'm sorry for you.

Yeah you're right, it's hard going on these days with a teeny weenie. You got defensive over a comment on a muffler, but nice attempt to troll. lmao.

OT: If I were to straight pipe my truck what would be the best way to do it?

I was looking on ebay and they have sections of pipe built to be bolt in replacement for your muffler.

Black Widow 250 or 300 muffler. You're welcome.

I've had both and currently with the 300. I'm not changing this exhaust. Love it.

I have had many a muscle car/truck with many different types of exhaust, I really really love the MagnaFlow 14 series minus the suitcase. The only exhaust system I regretted buying was the Flowmaster 10 series that is on the SRT8 Challenger, nail the skinny pedal and talk about raspy (super annoying). Good luck with your search and to any dudes talking about snakes I am thinking that is for another forum (oh how I hate when the peni subject comes up as really it has nothing to due with vehicles)
