Ive got a 2012 Ram ST with the 5.7 and am thinking about getting a tuner but is this going to void my warrenty with the dealership?? If not any and all suggestions on which tuner is the best out so far. Thanks

As long as you uninstall it before you take it to the dealer you'd be fine. Bullydogs canned tunes are better but the DiabloSport trinity/inTune can have custom tunes added

Like said above, just remove the tune before taking it to the dealership. As for shich tuner to use, you have 2 options...Bullydog or Diablo.

Bullydog has been showing better gains with their canned tunes and is a cheaper tuner...$479 normal pricing, but we have them at only $419.99 for the rest of the month.

The Diablo Trinity is custom tunable, and our sponsor Hemifever Tuning has been able to get some great results with his tunes on the Trinity. This unit is a little more expensive at $599. I would contatc him directly for the Trinity if you decide to go that route.

Are Diablo canned tunes disappointing? I haven't decide if I want a custom tune down the road or not so I'd hate to limit myself with BD.

Not disappointing at all...they just arent running as strong as the Bullydog. They are still a noticable improvement over stock.

Yes...Most tuners are all the same when it comes to removing the tune.

I asked my dealer same question about warrenty...i was told leave it in..unless tuner is proven to be the cause of a burnt up motor/tranny there is no prob..No to be safe i would delete it but again i see the arguement on this and other forums that a dealer can see something was done but just not specifically what..talk to your dealer b4 you buy and get the answer i print..just incase...
