is this the right coolant for hemi??

just want to make sure i got the right stuff, asked the mopar salesman twice to be sure it was for the hemi engine's and he said it was. Everyone says the hemi needs this HOAT type coolant, but i don't see that anywhere on the bottle. From what the owners manual states, use 5 year/100,000 mile mopar coolant so i'm sure i have the right stuff. Just checkin before i mix it with 50/50 distilled water and top off the reservoir a bit

thought the coolant was orange, but looks more pink to me??

That's the kind in my truck. Lol. And I believe the only kind you want in the Hemi.

Yup; that should be the right stuff. You can buy aftermarket coolant that meets the same requirements as the OE stuff and for cheaper from O'Reillys; Napa; Autozone; etc.

Checked all 3 of those auto stores and all they had was the typical green and dexcool orange coolant for the gm's. Figured i couldn't go wrong getting it at the dealer, stuff ain't cheap though, $24 for a 1 gallon jug if it

Really; that sucks. Of course it's been a while since I bought any coolant. $24/gal isn't cheap but at least you don't need much of it unless you're doing a complete flushing.
