Got my CV shafts off!! Still have to do the seals. And waiting for the new CVs to come....
Looks like mine, what a pain, if you were taking out the stub shafts should have just done it from inside the diff, even if you weren't it's much easier, also a leaking rack? Just put Lucas stop leak and rack restorer in mine, we'll see.

Let's see. Had the warped brake rotors for a long Tim so I finally sucked it up and picked up two new roots. I know I could've turned them but I didn't want to. Just go ahead and put new and be done with it. Plus I priced the cheap ones even though I don't want to put cheap parts on my truck but they said they only had one so they price matched the next best ones for the same price as the cheap ones. So. And they were black. Bad ass. lol anyway I also went ahead and replaced the driver side hub assembly because I thought that was my bearing going out that I can hear but it wasn't. Now I'm just gonna replace the rest just to be sure. Newer better pads would be cool too. Mine we still good but it'd be cool to watch the wife deep theist that sweet tea when I touch the brakes lol.
Put what advanced auto parts told me was the brightest headlights they had in too. They lied. They're a hell of a lot better than my old ones. Got that clean new car headlight look. Not blue just white. They had some cheaper that are in fact brighter. He just had to upsell me. *******. I still gotta clean the lamps or buy new but I just want head lights that are white that shine like two football fields on dim and hi beams will make you forget **** like men in black. Like a mile. Lastly I did a high mileage oil change with a qt of Lucas

What's left you ask, stupid radiator resivour that's pressurized do it'll keep the coolant and stop wetting my belts making them chirp

Need an ac elec fan. My wire has almost pulled lose from the connector. Like someone wasn't being careful when they were in there working. Wish I could replace the wire. The fan is fine.

I locked my tires up at 75 the other night, deer, and now have flat spots. But I believe I can put them in the back and a few burn outs later they'll be back to normal. Or just suck it up and wait for them to wear down.

Ball joints bushings are bad but they still work properly so I just need to do that one day. And try not to spring for whole new control arms.

Wants?

Leveled
Black factory 20s
Eventually dual ex but just a flow master 44 muffler for now

Cold air intake
And a tuner.

No outlines after you debadged it tweek? I'm thinking about doing mine but was worried about that being 10 years old now.

when you initially take the badges off and glue, there is but I applied a lot of rubbing alcohol, clay barred the area, then I used meguiars ultimate compound automotive finish restorer to help clean up the area further. hardly any glue residue was left and if you aren't looking for the outlines, you won't see them.

I met forum member derekp and got a center seat/console from him for upcoming interior work.

BTW, if anybody has just the plain armrest center section and wants a console, these are nice and derekp might still have some-and some rear QC seats.

Put on a new radiator hose, old one had a split on the outside then the 90 degree weather sat finished it off.

mine confuses me lately, I was having a cooling problem & with the outside temp going up, it keeps cool now - makes no sense.

During the winter, it didn't like staying cool while stopped.

Now it stays around 192 deg F
