Uconnect Error on Start Up

First I've seen of it. Have you looked over on some of the other FCA forums to see if any of the other UConnect folks had this issue? We all have the same unit and I doubt you are patient zero with this. A Charger 392 guy on YouTube gave me tips on my head unit.

Anyone actually defeat this without a dealer visit? I mean actually fix it not the directions how to fix it

I wont be doing that. Ive never to this day have had a good appointment at a dealer. On any of my Rams or Chryslers. Id rather trade it in than have them tear apart my truck to charge me for a new head unit.
Thank you though I do appreciate that someone there would help but at the end of the day I have a feeling where this is going.

did you put the zip file on the usb drive or what was in the zip file?

put the disk at ntfs and iso that didnt work, changed the format to fat32 and iso didnt work, change the format again to ntfs and extracted the iso, that didnt work, then changed format again to fat 32 and extracted iso, still no dice.

Well after fussing at it for hours on end yesterday, purposley going out in hour intervals to let all the electronics go to sleep before another attempt it was a quiet drive to work. This morning I get in the truck expecting to his my local yard for a radio and its working as if it never happnened. I used the hard reset process 10 times on it, which never had any effect it seems. The presets, the eq, fade, all on time and where I leave them.
Im glad it working but concerned as usually electronics degrade in this fashion in my history. HDD's fail this way, game consoles, amplifiers, even a few old TVs.
