Help!

2007 dodge ram.. trying to hook up the new pioneer unit. I have Scosche connector CR02B. I wired it with the pioneer harness.. went to plug into my factory harness in the truck.. and at least the red power wire and amp lead are on the wrong side of the factory harness. What gives/??!?!?

aggrivated.. I have everything apart.

What im working with...

I read on another forum.. that the red wire is commonly connected to the cigarette lighter.. but that doesnt help for the dimmer!!

ALSO to note.. there is another plug with 3 wires in the stock radio.. I know nothing about. holy crap.

Im Going to run the red wire off the cigarette lighter as Ive read some are doing... we will see.

My 08 was the one truck I didn't do the radio swap in.....

so what did it bud?

Ran the 12 v trigger red wire to the cig lighter... I guess all of these this year with the basic radio.. you have to do that.
