I had a glitch with my SC3865 recently and got excellent service support when I called SuperChips for help. I was asked if my voltage was above 12.8vdc when I was installing the tuner that failed to load. I told him I honestly didn't know. But I had all the electrical stuff turned off. So possibly to avoid anyone from having a similar problem when loading their tuner. Make sure your battery is charged up and showing a steady voltage above 12.8vdc. Good luck..
