New to dodge trucks here, and on the way home from picking up my 98 5.9 4x4, i tried to use my windshield wipers, and although they come up (on the lowest settings) they will just stay up, unless it turn it to the highest setting, then they will go up and down fast (as they should), but when i turn it back down, they just stop again, only way to get them back down and stay down is if i time it just right, and i shut it off when its at the bottom, any idea what could be causing this?
