2 story 5 garage doors and my 2600 square foot worth of living space 900 square feet of it tiled floors carpet and real hardwood in the other 1800 square feet 2 bathrooms solid oak cabinets for the kitchen with all stainless steel applicances and its all classified as storage space
bays are roughly 30 ft two are for me and my wife a full work shop area another one is for my big deisel and my other is the spray bay for painting of course or power washing with my built in power washer with complete drain system
cost for all this 2000 a month taxes and mortgage

This is my small little garage 12x35 foot, i have built 8 cars in this humble abode since 1989 my cuda resides here now. Everything i used to build it was scrap material i only bought the plywood for the interior walls and the siding for the out side everything else was from teardowns i did in the late 80s. My ram however does not fit in here too wide/tall to fit through the door.

hahaha. THANKS! I am a retired Navy Chief, was a Navy contractor for 3 years, and now am a permanent Navy civilian working on my second retirement. Also, my wife is the Assistant Director of one of the local colleges. We do okay.

I worked in my pathetic 2 car garage today..........
1 inch from the exhaust tip to the garage door.......and about 2-3 feet in front of her to the toolbox, workbench, etc.
Had 2 heaters rolling (as it was 30 degrees today). I ended up working in a short sleeve shirt. It was about 50-52 in the garage. I just wish I had more room!

Some day I want my garage to my house to be bigger than the house. Like own a 2 bedroom house nothing special then have a huge warehouse full of my **** behind it!

Yup buddy of mine has that. Has a 1655sq ft house and a shop that is 3120sq ft. It is freakin sweet!!!
