The first parts came in today......
New lower shock studs are here. I know this doesn't look like much, but these are pretty expensive for little studs, so be careful and don't break one like I did....
I replaced mine with SS bolts, much easier & cheaper.
You would not like my truck then, there are a lot of it not right, but works really good.
I like doing thing to last & not look shady, I just do it different.
& I want to roll my fenders aswell, just have not got that far or have not put in a c-notch in either, just was not up to it this year.
I will be redoing my C-Notch over the winter, so my McGaughy's bolt on will be available. My McGaughy's helper bag kit will probably be leaving soon as well, since I'm going bag over axle.
so you're gona do just a bolt on notch? go bigger trust me just do a notch that will let you go to the ground, you will thank me, that's what I did
No..... I'm putting an 8" bridge in it. Even though I'm planning on staying static for now, I need to be able to tow my trailer. The McGaughys bag kit is maxed out on drop right now, so I'm going to do bags over the axle for towing.
oh ok, you could always do your notch like mine, we made mine curved so it looks like the frame was made that way and is only minimally invasive to the bed
She's getting down there.
