Removed my old exhaust and manifolds. Had a total of 3 broken manifold bolts and can see where one caused a pretty gnarly leak, which is the one that was broke in my head but got it drilled out. Tomorrow install the new exhaust and hopefully get to replacing my water pump finally823c96ea8d92b1d58c336bc262834c52.jpge92adbb1fc86fa4f80cb795f6c462033.jpgaaf3cb997ce77f35c6b11bbebc81028b.jpgd7b9fc219143b96b6d821d19fd00a6b6.jpg922b9be29804bdc5b7fe67088a43c806.jpg

Cool. I have the headers and high flow catted midpipe. Putting a magnaflow cat back on as well.

Been putting it off due to deer season. Hoping next weekend I can swap it out.

Just a quick heads up, fitment is not perfect, one tube on each side hits motor mounts

How bad?

Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
Not bad at all but enough to not line up about 1/8". Cutting back the excess threads off the motor mount bolt and grinding down the mount a tad will do the trick.

And got the new exhaust all finished and welded up. Pretty serious PITA but, totally worth it.... sounds so damn good. I'm gunna post a kinda DIY trouble shooting thread as these kooks were not even close to a perfect fit along with sound clips and before/after.

Post a link when you do the thread. Like to see what issues you ran into before I do mine.

Looks great.

What pump did you use? I’m wondering if I should throw on a new one when I put my new engine in

After my original pump leaking somewhere around 40k miles and my second mopar pump leaking at 73 now (not including the other gaskets that went bad in between) I decided there's no way I'm buying another pump from ram, so grabbed this one949a0cae00baca7b79d98436178c1ce6.jpg
