My truck started making this noise a few days ago. Hard to pin point. I am thinking

Cracked flex plate ?
Loose converter bolts?

Hopefully not a bearing

I'd check the idler pulleys and belt drive accessories.

I don't know, but I do hear hemi lifter tick behind whatever that new noise is. Hemi's and their GD noises? Did you get under the truck? It is internal and not some heat shield or something?

That sounds pretty clean and sharp to be an internal part.

Does the engine run smooth? Does it make that noise when it's cranking over or only when it's running? Does it change when the transmission is in gear?

Runs smooth. No I don’t think it makes it cranking.

I’ll have to check in and out gear

Sounds internal with a lil hemi tick thrown it. But just my sorry opinion.

Pull the inspection cover ,that allows access to the convertor bolts, and check them.Could be convertor bolts, and they're worth checking, but i think it's a bit more serious then loose convertor bolts though

I really hoping it’s some sort of heat shield or somthing

Tonight when I get home I’ll pull off the serpentine belt and let it run for 20 seconds just to rule that out .

to me that sounds like exhaust gas escaping at a donut gasket. Check your exhaust manifolds where they connect to down pipes. Especially since you say it's worse cold. Also check for cracked manifolds. You may have multiple issues.
