Installed the jumper wire for the fog lights to work with high beams. To clarify this, as I haven't seen this said before, you are jumping the switched power for the fogs to come on whenever the parking lights are on. You no longer need to pull the headlight switch out to turn on the fog lights. That means they also stay on with the high beams.

You can use just about any size wire. I had some 14ga hanging around and used that. Smaller gauge will be easier to route and reseat the relays with. You are running the wire from 73, which is the Park Lamp Relay to 62, which is the Fog Lamp Relay.

Before the jumper wire.

Relays 73 and 62 removed.

Installing the jumper wire. Note which terminals are being used on the relays. Nothing fancy here, just wrapped the exposed wire around each terminal.

Jumper wire installed and routed through the fuse box. With the cover on, there shouldn't be any problems with moisture getting in there.

Is there another way of doing this so the fog lights can be off with the switch pushed in? Perhaps jump the high beams to the fogs so when you click the high beams on (not hold them) they'll cancel out whatever makes the fogs turn off and leave them on?

No idea. I just did the same as what the earlier pics I posted showed and provided better, more current pics of the same thing. I'm fine with the fogs coming on with the lights.

Replace the door seals with the updated Dodge ones. The new ones fix this problem.

Quad cab door seal right 55277190AB
Quad cab door seal left 55277191AB
My drivers door is like that.

My drivers door is like that.

Both my original door seals were torn when I first got the truck. Here is what the replacements look like in that area. Door edge does not touch them now when you close it.

there is a lift in this things future, but when i do ill be buying new wheels, im planning a 6" lift with more offset when the time comes, but that will be after im done with my blue truck, and am further along on the black truck, although im always watching for good deals on a lift/level for the front so if i see a deal ill snag it up

I personally will never go past a front level. {Maybe, MAAYYYBBBBEEEEE a 4" lift. Maybe.}

And more than likely, all of my trucks will be rear leveled or lower, instead.

Just makes accessibility so much easier.

Tried putting on the same lights like demon has on his black truck. An the drivers side projector wouldn’t turn on. If I flip the high beams on you can hear the projector make a clicking sound an a dim strobe of light.

That's a bummer. Maybe time to contact the seller for a replacement?
