Nick, @GotExhaust, do you know the stock exhaust size for the 4th gen 6.4 hemi? i read 3.5 OD?
Its 3.5” after the y pipe
U&A beat me to it. 3.5” after the y pipe merges

Nick, do you know of a better y pipe or sell one that would be easily adapted and allow better flow? this one is so goofy looking
I'm just guessing , but , just cut off the pipes before the 'y', and run duals all the way back.Would like to know also!

Would a mufflex with resonator delete sound ok? I don't want the drone but want the rumble. I'm not really sure which route to go.
14 2500 with 5.7l by the way.....
I will be taking the resonator off of my 3.5” mufflex. When i get time. The 5.7 has a much more refined/race truck sound to it with the mufflex. They sound great. If you are worried about noise level but still want the rumble than... IMO... you dont want a flowmaster. They work as a resonating chamber that just so happens to be under the cab of the truck. I however love the sound of a flowmaster but a lot of people dont like a whole lot of in cab noise. Magnaflow/mufflex lets more sound out the back vs resonatong in the muffler.
If i were you i would try the mufflex with the resonator on. You can always take it off later..... or re install the stock if you dont like it at all because there is no welding or cutting “needed” with the mufflex. mine went on in about 40 min.
So now my question is which level would you go with? Does the resonator restrict sound enough so that the aggressive mufflex doesn't blow people away?
You can have mine for free. But are you going to pay shipping for a 40lbs muffler the size of a twin bed?
