So I take it your not happy with your "First split level"?Shackles on, overloads still in, stock front height?
So I take it your not happy with your "First split level"?
BTW I ran 2.5" hell bent steel coil spacers on 100% stock set up for probably around 4 or 5 years on my truck and I did off road it, took it through WAY tougher terrain then speed humps and potholes multiple times a month for riding, never once had anything like what your talking. You got something going on

Weren't you the one who just stated function over form something like that lolI'm very happy with it. It looks perfect[for now ].
I really think/hope it's just the spacer causing preload and pushing the suspension out to full extension faster than it used to, which would make a sound if something actually 'bottomed' out, like the shock, yes?
The question is, is said sound indicative of damage? Whenever it happens, I always check it, and can't find any leaks or broken pieces, and the truck doesn't feel wonky, either. So I'm also guessing 'no, I'm good' in that regard.
I have a leak by my head and don’t know where it’s coming from.

Would that potentially re-add some height/rake? Aka, is the dana 60 thicker than a normal axle?Yep, the only deviation from stock is the Dana 60 they're attached to.
Okay, thanks. I'm leaving my front spacers in, then. Just the shackle is still too much rake for me.Nothing appreciable height wise, I had the shackles on there before the Dana went in.
